Step 1
Idea
Everything starts with an idea. If it doesn’t work, it does get made - We work as a team to find solutions to complex challenges and future projects.
Step 2
CAD design
Ideas with potential are digitalised. The latest CAD software is used to turn simple hand drawings into designs that can be technically implemented.
Step 3
Material selection and development
For each application the right material is needed. Based on all technical requirements we choose and develop the right material. We are specialists in thermoplastics, elastomers and metals.
Step 4
Prototype production
Using 3D printing 3D models are turned into hardware we can touch. 3D printed prototypes are used for initial function tests and presentation to customers. Prototypes from our production facility are tested for function and material properties in our inhouse lab.
Step 5
Small series production
Technical models are prepared and used to create prototype tools that will be close to the final series production product. Using these prototypes, all required testing is carried out and then presented to the customer.
Step 6
Series production
Once the customer has given his approval, serial tools are built and the final product can be delivered.
